Polymer/Photoresist Research Chemist

The client is seeking a highly analytical and versatile organometallic or materials chemist to develop formulations for its nanocrystals-based Flash memory project. In this role, as a key member of a technical team, you will be responsible for identifying and incorporating components in the formulation that enables lithographic patterning of nanoparticles. Additional responsibilities include synthesis (air-free), characterization (TEM, UV-Vis, FTIR, NMR, TGA), and stability testing of nanoparticles.

Position Qualifications

  • Candidates should have an advanced degree in Chemistry or Material Science and at least 3-5 years of working experience in related areas.
  • Extensive background in polymerization chemistry and hands-on experience with photo-resists development are required.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written and the ability to interact well in a team environment are essential.
  • Ability and desire to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis, independently and with minimal supervision.
